Coaching with me is a highly individualized arrangement. Though there are limits to what is effective, I’m happy to work with you to make your coaching experience as helpful as possible for you. Our arrangement will center around your goals and needs.
Coaching sessions normally last 45 minutes with the initial consultation a bit longer. Coaching is usually done via telephone or Skype. Since making changes takes time, I don’t recommend single, one-off sessions, however the number and frequency of consultations can vary depending on your particular situation.
I recommend scheduling a free consultation before making a commitment to a longer term arrangement. This ensures everyone’s comfortable before getting too far down the road.
